VaaSI; Vehicle as a Social Infrastructure

Connected-car will become a new social infrastructure not only for automated mobility but more importantly for the social and/or local public services by its powerful ICT capabilities. This new role is named as VaaSI, Vehicle as a Social Infrastructure.
