AXEL lab.: Representative Ground Simulation for Investigating Radiation effects in Materials and Electronics

This paper describes the investigation capabilities at the AXEL lab. of ONERA. Van de Graaf machines and dedicated target chambers allow for studying radiation effects in materials and electronics and qualifying sub-systems for space missions.
