Enterprise Architecture Design for Construction Services Using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF): Case Study Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Indonesia

This study aims to deliver a design of enterprise architecture for construction services at Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Indonesia based on The Open Group Architecture Framework - Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM). This study approach in primary data were collected through observation of the condition of the existing IT systems, discussion and interviews. Secondary data were collected through by studies of internal documents, such as the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Blueprint of Ministry of Public Works and Housing as well as Law of Republic Indonesia number 2 of 2017 about Construction Service. The results of this study found that there are 6 core business activities identified in construction services. We also proposed 9 new applications to be developed. The results of technology architecture proposed API (Application Programming Interface) and Communication Hub to be develop by Directorate General Construction Development, Ministry of Public Works and Housing.
