The Special Φ40mm Tube Distributing Hole Drilling Equipment Used in Electrostatic Precipitator Design

In order to realize the distribution hole of the radial-processing electrostatic precipitator tube with multiple drills simultaneously, a distributed drilling equipment of the pipe is developed, which can realize 10 holes processing simultaneously. Using SoildWorks software, three-dimensional solid modeling and virtual prototyping assembly are carried out for drilling mechanism, tool feed mechanism and transmission mechanism. The modal analysis of the spindle is carried out by using Ansys Workbench, the total deformation after the spindle vibration is obtained, and the rationality of the spindle design is verified. The PLC control system is used to realize the automation of machine tool machining. The results show that the special machine tool can meet the requirements of high efficiency and high-quality processing, and improve the economic benefit of the tube production.
