Study on Rapid Repair Technology of Leakage Defect of Sulphur Hexafluoride Equipment

The gas leakage of sulfur hexafluoride equipment seriously threatens the operational safety of the power grid. In order to avoid frequent gas filling or power outage treatment, it is necessary to quickly block the gas sealing defects of sulfur hexafluoride equipment. In this paper, the gas leakage repair test was carried out by constructing a gas sulphide defect test platform for sulphur hexafluoride equipment, simulating the typical defects of sulphur hexafluoride gas leakage, and developing a blocking agent and corresponding repair process. The result proves that the rapid repair technology boasts the characteristics of pressure blocking, simple and reliable process, good sealing effect. This helps meet the application requirements of leakage and pressure blocking repair of sulfur hexafluoride gas insulation equipment.
