Intellectual Obsolescence Detection Method of Spatial Data Using Historical Data

This paper considers a problem of spatial data obsolescence detection for keeping it up-to-date. Keeping the data updated to the present moment can influence on geo ser-vice/application users possible decisions. In the real world keeping the data up-to-date is not really possible as an information on any part of the earth's surface, collected for its mapping is continuously obsoleting. As a result any geographical map always contains incomplete data by the time it is been published. This paper propose a method of cartographic objects meta-information status track, prediction of possible changes according the map historical data, making decision if the spatial data became obsolete.
