Harmony of Mind and Body

This paper proposes a novel natural technique for attaining the harmony of mind and body. It is the hybrid ATMAN and C5 (Concentration, Confidence, Creativity, Calmness and Contentment) concept for attaining the harmony of mind and body. ATMAN is a simple naturalistic process that promotes peace of mind through C5 growth and fitness and health of the body. With the healthy body and peaceful mind, the bridge of harmony is established between the two, that leads human beings to the ultimate goal of life that is love and happiness. ATMAN can be practiced by every human being from the age of four onwards. With application of C5 in day-to-day activities and tasks, human beings can achieve success and contentment. ATMAN will lead individuals to a stress free, healthy, happy, and peaceful and better Quality of Life with a sound and restful sleep. The happy and contended individuals are the foundation of a nation and are the pillars for Global peace and harmony.
