Keynote #1: BestGo resource allocations for quantum-cloud-computing services and MIMO communications with blockchain and big data

We develop a smart BestGo decision based generic system that can be used in quantum cloudcomputing services and MIMO wireless communications for resources-competing users. Inside the system, hardware network architecture and software structure are designed through cloud quantum-computers and quantum blockchain for the evolution of the current IP based Internet to the future quantum IP based one. All the users are associated with big data arrival streams whose random dynamics is accurately modeled by recently known stochastic models. Mutual information and service capacity with optimal error correction are derived. Smart BestGo policies within quantum blockchain are designed via the Nash equilibrium point to a game-theoretic scheduling problem. Interactions of our generic system with power grids and energy systems (e.g., IoE) are studied. Numerical implementations will be presented to illustrate the effectiveness of our system and policies.
