The late developments in substitution of technologies for interaction with user are referred to as Brain Computing interfaces (BCIs). Many areas have been captured in order to interact with brain and machine technologies which come among medical and engineering field as prominent scale. Except these, others have been caught in artificial intelligence, computer science, psychological science, neuro fiction of brain and in gaming. In this study, the brain activities have been collected using EEG brain headset and examined through ICA with a Hilbert spectrum of ICA has been utilized on EEG data. The several frequencies of the marginal spectral power have been computed using Hilbert spectroscopy which has been used as the features of LDA for classification in order to examine between primitive geometric shapes that imagined by the user. Furthermore, The usability of three application interfaces has been evaluated for person recognition, recognition side by side and then recognition of one participant to others. Moreover, it has been analyzed that best results for the authentication have been acquired in the third case of application 90% in comparison of other scenarios. Besides this, the average accuracy of the primitive shapes has been measured at 44.6%. For experimentation, ten participants have been recruited in five different order of classification. The participant imagined the cube, sphere, cylinder, cone and pyramid shape structure. These shapes have been re-visualize with respect to primitive geometric forms to authenticate the person and to unlock smartphone with Android operating system.
