9 Blinkered

On a good day, Tim Ferriss's morning includes making the bed, meditating, hanging by his feet (which helps with back pain), drinking tea, and journaling: "If I can hit at least three of these items, then I've won the morning. And, as the saying goes, 'If you win the morning, you win the day.'"1 This is good advice. It's too easy to fritter away the morning, which then taints the whole of the day.
