Development of Population Administration Service System

Demographic data are individual data and/or aggregate data that are structured as a result of civil registration and registration activities. Population registration and population events are managed by villages and handled directly by village government staff. At the time of the study, the population administration service system was not yet integrated between the heads of government affairs, village heads, village secretaries, service staff, heads of service sections, heads of administrative and camat sections so it took longer to manage and report the application for population administration. With the creation of Population Administration Service System can overcome the process of making letters of population administration at the village level and registration of population administration at sub-district level that can be done online by officials. This research seeks to design and build a system of population administration services using the rapid application development (RAD) development methodology. This population administration service system consists of printing of demographic event data, data on population registration and population chart. In general, this system includes birth data, death data, transfer data, arrival data, KK registration data, ID card registration data, population recapitulation report and Family Card registration report and ID card. This system is only made for demographic organizations on the Division KAUR Government. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the information system has been running according to the purpose of manufacture.
