Auto Tee Prototype as Tee Golf Automation in Golf Simulator Studio

Golf is an exciting sporting event. Golf simulator technology was born to golfers to hone their skills in the room without having to go to an open golf course. However, golf simulator studios today still have obstacles, especially when golfers have to take the ball themselves after the ball is hit and entered into the golf hole. Then if the golfer wants to play again this will happen continuously. In addition, in the turn of the golf tee height is also still fairly manual where the golf player must unpacking the synthetic grass carpet installed in the golf simulator studio, then replace the previous golf tee with the appropriate golf tee. Therefore, new technology is needed that can help the golfers in doing the exercises, which can increase golfers' time in practice in the simulator golf studio and increase the interest of other players to play in this simulator golf studio. Auto Tee prototype design using Arduino uno as microcontroller is added with some components such as servo motor which is used as motor of Auto Tee and infra-red which is used as golf ball detection sensor and Mini WeMos D1 as communication media between Arduino with internet. The purpose of this research is to become a new system that can work automatically in terms of giving the ball to the golfer and can replace the golf tee height in accordance with the expectations of the golfer.
