Graphene-based reconfigurable terahertz Split-Ring Resonator metamaterial

In this paper, a reconfigurable terahertz split-ring resonator metamaterial using graphene is designed for terahertz applications. The shaped single-layer graphene sheet is placed on top of the dielectric layer, which consists of Si and SiO
₂
. The simulation results show that the resonant frequency can be dynamically tuned under different chemical potential in a wide range.
