A Fast Solver to Calculate the Creeping Wave Fields From the NURBS Scatterers

In this paper, a new method to calculate geodesic on the Non-Uniform Rational B-spline (NURBS) surfaces is proposed. With Heuns method, the accuracy of geodesic can be improved, which is important in the future researches of scattered fields. The bridge between NURBS surfaces and the variables needed in the calculation of geodesic is also built in the paper. The validity and efficiency of the method is verified by numerical results.
