Comparative Performance Analysis of IVCIM Drive using different Gain values of PI and Band values of Hysteresis Band Controller

This paper presents the implementation of Indirect vector control (IVC) of Induction motor(IM) drive using different gain values of proportional gain, integral gain of PI controller and band values of hysteresis band(HB) controller. Dynamic performance for indirect vector control of 2.2 KW induction motor drive is analyzed using PI and HB controller by Matlab/Simulink model. THD analysis is also carried out for various operating band values of hysteresis band controller.
