The substantiation of a new express assessment method for the risk of impaired functional stability information and communication system in conditions cyber-attacks. The proposed method for analyzing the current functionality of the software modules of the information and communication system allows, without conducting a numerical experiment, to carry out an express assessment risk of the violation stability of information and communication systems using various intrusion detection systems in cyber-attacks.
