The Study of Experiment on Tropospheric Scatter Propagation at C-band

At present, the theory of troposcatter propagation mechanism is still imperfect. In this paper, the tropospheric scatter experiment is introduced, which path length is 56.2km, in order to further study the mechanism of turbulence incoherent scatter. The fading and distribution characteristics of the signal are analyzed according to the experiment data. Meanwhile, the path loss of experiment is also compared with the result of ITU-R P.617-4.
