Methods for Extracting the Descriptions of Sci-Tech Effects and Morphological Features of Technical Systems from Patents

For the designing of the new technical systems are used the databases of chemical, physical and technical (sci-tech) effects and morphological features (technical functions, structural elements of the technical systems). Authors developed the method for extraction the chemical effect descriptions and technical functions from the patents of USPTO and RosPatent databases.
