Effective Coding Method of Video Frames in Infocommunications

An approach to encoding information elements of a sequence of predicted frames is considered. Within this approach, proposed the method that uses the features of the information component.The proposed method is aimed to reducing the inter-frame integrated structural redundancy taking into account the features of the information component of the differentially-described spectrograms. The processing of spectrograms performs according to the block principle, which makes it possible to reduce the number of processing algorithmic operations, to reveal additional structural elements, and to reduce the processing complexity and reduce the amount of overhead information. Formation of a system of expressions for determining the code value of the informative component is carried out within the framework of the structural approach based on code constructions of positional numbers. The two-stage synthesis of the system of relations for the construction of codograms is considered. First, the definition of an informative differential-described spectral function of the code in the form of a sequence in a single-base positional space with a fixed base value is performed. At the final stage of the synthesis, the condition for the lack of equality between adjacent elements of an informative differential-described spectrogram taken into account.
