Bifurcation analysis of fractional-order gene regulatory system with delay

This paper studies the bifurcation of the three variables fractional gene regulatory networks(FGRNs), mainly regards the time delay as the bifurcation point. The lowest order bifurcation point is obtained. The two different states around the bifurcation point are derived, and the attribute of bifurcation is studied too. Finally, some numerical simulation examples are provided to verify the effectiveness and the advantage of the proposed bifurcation criterion.
