Spin-Based Reconfigurable Logic for Power- and Area-Efficient Applications

Editor's note: This article proposes a reconfigurable logic family comprised of spin-based devices that may be dynamically configured/reconfigured owing the versatility of the giant spin-Hall effect (GSHE) device.
