Application of Semi-Analytical Recursive Convolution Algorithms for Designing of Buck DC-DC Converter

Now, most of electronics equipment use switched-mode power supplies, which are lighter and more efficient than equivalent linear power supplies. Choosing the appropriate parameters of the transfer function of the digital control circuit of the converter main block is especially important. This function can be obtained by first designing an analog prototype and then converse it into a discrete-time system by a sampled-data transformation. The very important problem is the accurate conversion because, inaccurate transformation causes significant deterioration of the dynamic parameters. This paper discusses application semi-analytical recursive convolution algorithms to convert analog transfer function in discrete form.
