Abstract:

The enthalpy difference laboratory is a laboratory that is capable of simulating a variety of different temperature and humidity environmental conditions, and at the same time testing various performance parameters of air conditioner. The temperature and humidity system in the laboratory of the enthalpy difference has the characteristics of nonlinearity, hysteresis and strong coupling. Therefore, the general control method is difficult to meet the control requirements. In this paper, we designed a Distributed Control System that embeds controller of complex algorithms based on Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control. Meanwhile, a decoupling controller based on adaptive fuzzy PID and feed-forward compensation decoupling algorithm is designed to achieve the decoupling of temperature and humidity system in the enthalpy difference laboratory. The simulation results show that the decoupling controller accomplishes the complete decoupling of temperature and humidity, shortens the adjustment time, and improves the stability and efficiency of this system.
