Fuzzy Logic Based Control System Temperature, pH and Water Salinity on Vanammei Shrimp Ponds

Temperature, pH and salinity are the main parameters for survival of vanamei shrimp. vanamei shrimp can grow well in water conditions that have a salinity of 15-25 ppt, a temperature of 28-32 C and a pH of 6.5 to 8. The designed of prototype for controlling temperature, ph and salinity using waterspool and water pumps, the system can monitor the value of ph, temperature and salinity of ponds water conditions are not in accordance with the standards of shrimp life of the shrimp then the microcontroller will turn on the water pump or water Spool so it can cirlutae the water and supportig the growth standards of vaname shrimp. This prototype using 3 main parameters in vaname shrimp farm. The parameters consist of Temperature sensor, pH and Salinity. Fuzzy logic is a method of processing data by allowing partial set membership instead of non membership. To make data processing so we create the rules for each sensors. The membership function the temperature sensor has 3 conditions there are cold temperature, normal temperature and hot temperature, The pH sensor membership function has 3 conditions: acid, neutral and alkaline. In the membership of salinity sensor function has 3 conditions namely normal, brackish and salted.This prototype is used to get the pH value, Temperature and Salinity in shrimp pond water so that it can be decided in the form of action on the waterSpool and water pump so that the value of ph, temperature, and salinity is feasible for the life of vaname shrimp. The error rate for the temperature sensor is 0.05%, the pH sensor is 10.5% and the salinity sensor is 14.9%. the experiment measurement that the water temperature, pH and salinity changing from time to time that are commonly affected by the season. The erratic season affects shrimp growth, when the rain decreases the pH level in ponds. All the sensors temperature, pH and salinity are work using define fuzzy logic rules.
