Design and Analysis of Speed Control System for Test Motion Mechanism

Test motion mechanism is the core test facility in vehicle performance test field. Good stability and dynamic performance are the basic conditions for obtaining high quality test data. From the basic requirements of the test motion mechanism application, the classic engineering design method of the double closed-loop regulator combining saturation control with current limit, was used in the DC speed control system. The test motion mechanism control parameters were analyzed and calculated in detail. Besides, a common hardware system was established with verification. Establishing the complete calculation method for speed control system in this paper has guidance and reference.
