Characterization of Multiple-Layer Anisotropic Metasurfaces Based on Generalized Boundary Conditions

Scattering properties of multiple-layer anisotropic metasurfaces are characterized based on generalized boundary conditions. Once surface susceptibilities of all layers are determined, reflection and transmission coefficients could be readily derived for arbitrary incident angles and polarizations. The validity of this analytical method is demonstrated through comparison between computed results and full-wave simulations.
