BEM Based Adaptive Cross Approximation Algorithm for Solving Low Frequency Problems

This paper shows an accelerated solution for low frequency eddy current nondestructive evaluation (NDE) problems with the boundary element method (BEM) by using adaptive cross approximation (ACA) algorithm. ACA algorithm is used to deal with the far-block interactions. Numerical results show the robust and efficiency of our method for low frequency NDE problems.
