Recent Challenge and Trends of Predictive Control in Power Electronics Application

Due to its fast response, predictive control is an attractive alternative for power converter applications. This paper presents an overview of recent publications of predictive control for power converters and drives. This review shows that predictive control is positioning itself as a real alternative for this kind of applications.
