Assessment of the Enterprise-University Interaction Potential in the Conditions of Import Substitution

The paper presents methodological approaches to an assessment of the potential of interaction between enterprises and universities, reveals practical possibilities of applying the author's methodology of this potential assessment. Conducted has been a critical analysis of the forms and directions of the enterprise-university interaction. The objective necessity of studying the import substitution problems taking into account modern peculiarities is revealed. Defined are the formation stages of the methodology of the enterprise-university interaction potential assessment when implementing the import substitution processes, the algorithm of the methodology realization is presented.
