From Admission to Graduation: Problems and Solutions in the Sphere of the Quality of Training Highly Qualified Personnel for Business in the Context of NBIC

The study has identified the problems of targeted training. Targeted training is the result of high-quality interaction between a business, a university and a student. The solutions for the identified problems appearing upon the admission to the university and in the process of targeted training have been offered. A method for providing the business with targeted personnel in the context of NBIC convergence has been proposed.
