The Influence of Operation of a Wholesale Electricity Market to a Damage from Power Outage for the Industrial Enterprise

The paper describes a method of accounting the influence of translation of prices on electricity from the wholesale market to the retail market. This is important in the settlement between industrial enterprise and power supply company. Influence of the price deviation from current value to the consequences of mode control decisions for power supply system is proposed to account through the use of index of risks and chances. The power supply scheme and the reliability indices are taken into account in calculation. Application of the method is demonstrated on the example of industrial enterprise's energy hub.
