The "Internet+ Property" Enterprise Competitiveness Model Based on Value Chain Theory

This paper constructs the competitiveness evaluation model of "Internet+ property" service enterprises systematically using the method of value chain analysis. Based on the 2016 public information of 16 major property service companies, the competitiveness evaluation system was verified. The research results show that the competitiveness model of real estate service companies constructed in this paper and its evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual business performance of the company. It is an effective method to evaluate the competitiveness of real estate service companies in the context of "Internet+".
