Pre-Processing VDIF Data in FPGA

Very long baseline interferometry (VLBI) is one of the radio astronomy technology, its data format is different when the data acquisition system is different. After the VLBI Data Interchange Format (VDIF) standard has been approved as the VLBI standard interface, data in the VDIF format is being used gradually. Now we have Mark6 as the data acquisition system and get the sampled data in VDIF format, so VDIF format data preprocessing is needed before correlator. This document is the design of the decoding and preprocessing the VDIF format data in FPGA, and preliminary design results will be presented.
