It has great significance to research and set up evaluation models of DT suppliers, which is helpful to the purchase of high-quality equipment and ensuring the safe and economical operation of the distribution grid. With the continuous development of information and communication technology, the power companies have launched an electronic bidding procurement, which improves the procurement efficiency and quality. For DT suppliers, their own information is the basis for evaluation and selection, which has been accumulated on the electronic tendering platform by the form of online data. If the relevant data could be further excavated through the Internet technology, the created value could strongly promote the realization of the scientific and intelligent procurement mode. Based on the situation above, the holographic model for DT suppliers is constructed by the combination of subjective and objective theoretical methods. The experts experience method and PCA method is used to identify and select the key factors, which could reflect the basic conditions and abilities of DT suppliers comprehensively and quantitatively in all aspects. In this stage, indexes of 3 grades are established, containing the aspects of DT supplier's information on qualification, credit, manufacturing, products, etc. Then the AHP method is used to determine the weight of the chosen indexes, so as to make the holographic model have the function of scoring for DT suppliers. The holographic model can be used in scoring for bidding and classification of the different DT suppliers. The construction of the model has made a progress on the combination of large data and Internet application with the bidding and purchasing business, and helps to choose the suitable suppliers and products more objectively. However, the holographic model needs to be improved as the requirements change and development of the Internet technology.
