Optimum Design of the Hydraulic System for Berth Trolley

Been used several years, the track of the berth trolley in a shipyard is obviously subsided, which results in uneven pressure on the berth trolley at different positions under the ship. What's more, the whole towing system and the original hydraulic system are influenced by this. In this article, the system transformation of the ship's stern trolley's hydraulic system for the hull towing equipment is analyzed and a dynamic system that can make the berth trolley react to the dynamic settlement of its trajectory is established. At the same time, the hydraulic servo technology and the simulation analysis are used to carry out the transformation. The results showed the modified system can react to the pressure, displacement and stress of each jacking contact point to ensure smooth operation of the ship-moving system.
