Parallel Method For The Numerical Solution Of The Laplace Equation Using Multiprocessor Systems:

This report is devoted to the investigation of new methods for the numerical solution of the Laplace equation with multiprocessor systems. We investigate Dirichlet problem for a case of three-dimensional area with known border. The main idea of the method based on three-point formula and using the parallel programming paradigm. In final, we compare proposed numerical scheme and widely known “cross” scheme for solving this equation.
