Building Housing by the Mode of Crowd-Funding

Building housing by the mode of crowd-funding can reduce not only the cost of home buyers, but also the cost of financing and sales for developers. The key to success is whether the planning scheme of building housing is reasonable or not. On the basis of thinking about the ROI and the satisfaction degree of home buyers, a linear programming optimization model is established in this paper, and it gives us the optimal planning scheme that can be executed. The calculation results show that the optimized planning scheme has increased the ratio of return on investment and reduced the floor area ratio. This mathematical model can be used for reference in other crowd-funding projects.
