Social Media Avatar: My Dear Virtual Assistant

Nowadays all companies/organizations /groups are updating permanently to the new software methods and designs, especially in the social media field where things tend to be more and more demanding. In this context we developed a tool than can easily configured, and do the redundant and low add-value job of an assistant will be very efficient after the time and money savings. We identified also other benefits, such as: accessibility, flexibility and continuity. This paper presents a real software tool that can be used for real project by an organization in order to meet the social media challenges and expectations.
