Test Results of Radiation Hardened iCoupler Products from Analog Devices

Radiation hardened new generation digital isolators have been developed. They use Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) iCoupler technology to provide high-speed, high accuracy, short-delay, low power, and more reliable rad hard isolators. In this paper, iCoupler technology structure is introduced in comparison with optocouplers, and three rad hard iCoupler products are presented along with radiation test results, including TID and heavy ion SEE test results.
