Coordinated Development Evaluation on Integrated Energy Systems in China

The coordinated development evaluation on integrated energy systems has not been studied. To address this problem, this paper proposes a framework to evaluate the coordinated development of regional integrated energy system. First, the indices to evaluate the development level of coal, gas, power system and heat supply system are given. And then, the interdependency indices and synergistic index are given. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to get the weight of different indices. Finally, comprehensive evaluation score is computed to evaluate the development level of coal, gas, power system and heat supply system. Based on that, the coordinated development level of integrated energy system can be got. Cases studies on some provinces in China prove the validity of the proposed methods in this paper.
