Based on PSCAD the Study of RSFCL Modeling Method

The rapid development of the power system leads to the rapid increase of the short-circuit current level of the system, and the superconducting current limiter is the most ideal current limiting device. In this paper, the electromagnetic transient model of the resistive superconducting fault current limiter(RSFCL) is built on the electromagnetic transient analysis program PSCAD / EMTDC, and the modeling method of the analog circuit module and the modeling of the digital circuit module are analyzed and compared by simulation.
