Regional Distribution Network Planning Method Based on Electric Vehicle Load Forecasting

Because of its special energy driving mode, electric vehicles can effectively reduce pollution emissions and improve energy efficiency, so it is developing rapidly in recent years. However, as a new type of load, it brings social benefits and brings a series of challenges to the planning and operation of the power grid. With the gradual improvement of electric vehicle penetration, its impact on the power grid is also increasing. Therefore, in future power grid planning, it is necessary to fully consider the impact of electric vehicles, so as to make the power grid more adaptable. According to this, this paper first studies the influence factors of the electric vehicle load, and establishes the corresponding prediction model. Based on the prediction model, it selects the model parameters which can not only reflect the model parameters, but also facilitates the acquisition of observable measurement, so that the electric vehicle load in the region can be accurately predicted. On the basis of the results of load forecasting, a regional distribution network economic planning model is established to guide the selection of transformer in the power supply area, to improve the adaptability and economy of the power grid, and to further promote the development of electric vehicles.
