Dispatch of Electric Vehicles to Participate in New Energy Consumption Strategies

Load dispatch of electric vehicle (EV) is considered as a promising approach to promote the integration of new energy. In order to accommodate more new energy by dispatching dispatch of electric vehicles to participate in new engrgy especially in wind power consumption strategies. Firstly, according to the scheduling ability, the load of EV is divided into three categories: disordered charging load, adjustable charging load and adjustable charging/discharging load. The vehicle driving behavior model is used to simulate the travel rule of EV. Secondly, the model of the EV condition matrix and the EV's controllable charging and discharging capacity could be set up. Charging and discharging load of the EV is used as the variable in the unit commitment. Finally, a unit commitment model is proposed for optimal coordination of wind power generation and charging load of EV. Cases studies show that with the proposed unit commitment model the wind curtailment could be decreased as well as the cost of Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G).
