Design of Ultra-wide band High Isolation and Low Insertion Loss SPDT Switch

Microwave switches are the basic components in microwave control circuits. They are mainly used to control the switching and switching of microwave channels. They have been widely used in the fields of electronic testing and measurement., wireless communication, radar, electronic monitoring and confrontation. In this paper, based on ADRF5021 microwave switch chip, through reasonable circuit layout, impedance matching design and structure design, a ultra-wideband single-pole double-throw(SPDT) switch is realized in the frequency range of 100KHz-22GHz with isolation greater than 90dB., insertion loss less than 5.5dB., and port return loss better than 10dB.
