Protocol application research of SIMPLE and XMPP in instant message products of telecom operators

This paper introduces the protocol contents from the current instant messaging software, protocol scalability, network load and user authentication. Two protocols are developed in the communications products, which is tested and can be analyzed to obtain two protocols. Telecom operators should choose communication protocols based on product positioning.
