An Empirical Study on the Relationship Between Institutional Logic, Temporary Employment Behavior and Firm Performance

Based on the theory of institutional logic, this paper explores the relationship between institutional logic, temporary employment behavior and corporate performance by using The Peoples Republic of China 2012 Enterprise Surveys Data as a sample empirical study. According to the previous literature combing, the behavior of the Chinese enterprise is mostly influenced by the market logic and the temporary employment behavior, a negative impact on the annual performance of the enterprise;(2)the state logic have both positive and negative impact on the temporary employment behavior, a positive impact on the annual performance of the enterprise; (3) Temporary employment scale plays a part of mediating between institutional logic and corporate annual performance, and have a negative impact in the annual performance of enterprises.
