Study on Financial Impact on the Human Health from Residential Building ETICS in QINGDAO

In order to determine the influence of external thermal insulation composite system on human health, this paper applied information retrieval method to predict the density of pollution factor PM2.5 which is related to ETICS. According to the human health dose-response relationship calculate the health costs. An example of residential in Qingdao is showed up to calculate healthy cost of the ETICS, compared healthy cost with none ETICS residential, the results proved the economic effect of using ETICS to residential is good.
