Survey on basic Control Schemes For Continuous Stirred Tank System

Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor is the most significant model used in Industrial separation processes. It is a very important and integral part of Chemical Industries in which the exothermic or India thermic reactions takes place. Both CSTR modeling and control are difficult task because the plant behavior is usually non linear and highly interactive. So a study of various control schemes was carried out. A survey of various control techniques that can be used for efficient control of the CSTR was done. Basic Control techniques were deeply studied and analyzed, also compared with each other, by considering the time domain performance on the root of parameters like settling time, overshoot.
