Technological Platform for Innovative Social Infrastructure Development on Basis of Smart Machines and Principles of Internet of Things

The paper investigates the principles behind the creation of a technological platform for innovative social infrastructure development that provides the diagnostics and monitoring of individual and collective energy supply systems, life support for buildings, the condition of household appliances, devices of the Internet of Things and devices of housing and utilities infrastructure. The article proposes a new circuit design and engineering solutions that allow optimizing and compacting the existing technologies for assessing the quality of energy flow by two orders of magnitude in terms of size in comparison with the current analogues. The author suggests implementing the promising element base which takes into account an integrated impact of destabilizing factors; designing the optimal topology of hybrid integrated circuit (HIC) and micro-assemblies; devising models and algorithms that allow conducting a statistical assessment of distributions of analogue microcircuits' parameters and creating on their basis an automated subsystem of statistical analysis and optimization of functional parameters of analogue HICs and micro-assemblies; analyzing the influence of technological factors on the reliability of internal connections when assembling the components on substrates and connecting substrates' pads to output contacts of HICs and micro-assemblies, as well as establishing the list of material and technologies being applied. The paper discusses the opportunities for enhancing the efficiency of technologies for designing and creating energy efficient buildings, and providing the industry and population with a new type of information services (control over energy infrastructure, etc.).
