Modelling and Studying of Cloud Infrastructures

In the following paperwork a modelling of cloud infrastructures with specialized software has been made. The reaction of the cloud for low and high traffic loads and different number of users has been studied. Objects of observations are: the core communication network, the aggregation network for distribution of the traffic flows, access network, computing capabilities of the cloud and also the consumed energy from the devices that built it. As a result, from the carried out studies recommendations for optimizations of the modelled cloud infrastructure have been made. The purpose of the recommendations is to improve the efficiency, lowering of the energy consumption and improvements of the energy efficiency.
